Types of Data Collected

For the use of the website, we collect Usage Data and Tracking Tools (e.g., Cookies for Google Fonts and Google Maps).
For the specific use of the Locker Booking Service, we independently collect the following Personal Data provided by the User: First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, and Email Address. These data are mandatory: refusal to provide them makes it impossible to provide the service.

Purposes of Processing

Personal Data (biographical and contact) are collected to allow the Data Controller to provide the luggage storage Service, fulfill pre-contractual and contractual obligations, and in particular for sending personal PIN codes via email necessary to unlock the lockers and for any technical support communications.

Payment Management (Fabrick / Banca Sella)

Payments for the booking service are securely managed via the external payment gateway Fabrick / Banca Sella. KUBOGREEN and this Application do not collect, process, or store the User's complete credit card data in any way. Such data is provided by the User directly and exclusively to the secure servers of the payment service provider.

Methods and Retention Time

The Data Controller adopts appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure of Data. Data collected for the execution of the booking contract will be retained for the time strictly necessary to complete the execution of said contract and to fulfill tax and legal obligations required by current regulations.

User Rights (GDPR)

Within the limits provided by law, the User has the right to: access their Data, verify its accuracy and request its rectification, obtain the limitation of processing or the deletion of their Personal Data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. Requests can be addressed via email to the Data Controller.
